Warranty + Returns
Returns:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is any damage or other issues. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with
all original tags and labels attached. Items with damage will not be accepted.
Please read the full return process before making any returns.
Return Process:
To return an item, please email customer service at contact@elevatestand.co to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number in the subject section. Please give a detailed description detailing the reason for the exchange/return. After receiving a RMA number place the item securely in its original packaging if possible, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Elevate is not responsible for lost items.
Refunds:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange/return. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange/return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. There will be a 10% restocking fee for all returned items.

Worn clothing
Damaged stand
Damaged product
Stickers

Treestands Warranty:
Elevate Treestands have a warranty against manufacturer defects
Returns for manufacturer defects noted after 14 days are subject to review by the Elevate Quality department. Please inspect your stand upon receipt.
Please take pictures and notify Elevate of shipping damage ASAP. Pictures should be taken of the damaged packaging as well as the product.
